Thin-Wall Tubing Technology
TORICH achieves ultra-thin wall thicknesses, as small as 0.2–0.8 mm, through a precisely controlled cold-drawing process, with dimensional tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.05 mm. It offers precision-drawn stainless steel tubes in 304, 316L, 409L, 430, 444, and 904L, reducing weight while maintaining high tensile strength and impact resistance.
High-Precision Welding
TORICH employs a variety of advanced welding technologies, including laser welding, high-frequency welding, and TIG (GTAW) micro-precision welding, to achieve uniform, high-strength welds with strength comparable to or even exceeding that of the base material. We rigorously control the heat-affected zone, and every pipe undergoes a comprehensive weld inspection to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
Protective Surface Treatments
Our pipes undergo pickling and passivation to remove weld slag, metal oxides, and surface contaminants, significantly improving resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning eliminates oil, debris, and particulate matter from both the inner and outer surfaces, ensuring the cleanliness and reliability required for fuel lines, brake lines, EGR systems, and emission control tubing.
