Stainless steel coiled tubes are spiral-shaped pipelines (diameter: φ16-25mm, thickness: δ0.8-2.0mm) manufactured from materials such as 304 or 316L stainless steel. Production Process
1. Raw material preparation: A stainless steel strip is used as raw material.
2. Processing: put the stainless steel strip into the pipe-making machine equipped with different pipe diameter molds, and use the pipe-making machine to continuously produce pipes online. First, roll it into the corresponding shape, and then weld it together to form a stainless steel pipe.
3. Bending: Common bending methods include stretch bending, core bending, mechanical bending, manual bending, arch bending, etc. In actual production, continuous bending is usually performed by mechanical bending or stretch bending. The stainless steel pipe after pipe making is transported to the pipe bending machine and bent by a pipe bending machine or other bending devices.
4. Cutting: After the single-piece continuous bending pipe is bent, the remaining material of the pipe head is cut off after the length is determined. Common cutting methods include ordinary grinding machine cutting, circular saw cutting, and laser cutting.
5. Quality inspection: During the process of pipe making, bending, and cutting the stainless steel coil needs to be inspected to ensure that its wall thickness is uniform and smooth, there is no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls, and the inside and outside are bright and beautiful.
6. Finished product processing: After passing the quality inspection, the stainless steel coil can be shipped as a finished product.
