01.Do you support customized sizes?

Yes, we support fully customized dimensions for construction machinery tubing, with outer diameters from 3 to 630 mm, wall thickness from 0.5 to 40 mm, and tight tolerances within ±0.1 to ±0.5 mm depending on application requirements.

02.What applications do your stainless steel tubes serve in construction machinery?

Our stainless steel tubes are widely used in hydraulic systems, cooling circuits, fuel and lubrication lines, and exhaust systems, as well as for structural applications in excavators, loaders, cranes, and mining equipment.

03.What surface treatments are available for engineering machinery tubing?

We offer pickling, passivation, internal polishing up to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, oil-free cleaning, and nitrogen-sealed packaging for contamination-sensitive hydraulic systems.

04.What materials are available?

We supply 304/316L/321 stainless steel, duplex (2205/2507), 409L/441, 310S, 17-4PH, and nickel alloys (Inconel/Hastelloy), etc.

05.What is the achievable precision level?

Dimensional tolerance can reach ±0.05 mm, and hydraulic ID precision up to H7–H12 depending on application.

06.Stainless steel pipes are prone to scratching and corrosion during long-distance sea transport; how do you package them?

We use export-grade protective packaging: each pipe is cleaned, fitted with end caps, wrapped for moisture protection, and securely bundled. Depending on the pipe dimensions and length, we then load them into reinforced crates or wooden cases.
