For hydraulic cylinder applications, we further employ advanced honing and rolling processes to achieve an inner surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2–0.4 µm, thereby guaranteeing excellent sealing and low-friction performance. Automated measurement and inspection systems continuously monitor critical dimensions to ensure consistency and accuracy in every tube we deliver.

Surface Protection

Engineering machinery typically operates in environments filled with dust, mud, moisture, chemicals, and abrasive media. To ensure their long-term durability, TORICH offers a range of surface treatment processes for various steels. For stainless steel, we offer pickling and passivation, electropolishing, and specialized protective coatings. For chromium-molybdenum steel, we offer processes such as phosphating, nitriding/carbonitrification, and blackening.
