  • TORICH offers U-bends, serpentine coils, and coiled tubing; post-bending specifications ensure wall thinning rates of ≤10% and ovality of ≤5%.
  • We supply various finned tubes-including high-frequency welded, G-type, and L-type-with customizable fin pitch, height, and thickness.
  • End-processing services include squaring, chamfering, deburring, expanding/swaging/flaring, and threading (NPT/G).

2. Which refrigerants are compatible with 304 and 316L stainless steel tubes?

Both 304 and 316L offer excellent chemical compatibility with the vast majority of refrigerants. Grade 304 is suitable for common refrigerants such as R410A, R134a, R32, and R290. However, for CO₂ (R717) transcritical high-pressure systems, Grade 316L or higher is recommended due to its superior resistance to pressure and temperature.

3. Do you offer supply options in both coils and fixed-length straight tubes?

Yes, both options are available. Small-diameter, thin-walled tubes (OD 3–22 mm) can be supplied in coils (50–500 meters per coil), thereby reducing the number of on-site welded joints and improving system sealing integrity.
