3. Corrosion Resistance

  • The 409 Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe is made of high-quality 409 ferritic stainless steel, suitable for high temperatures, exhaust condensate, humidity, and road salt environments, with a continuous operating temperature of up to approximately 675°C.
  • The pipes are tested with a spectrometer to ensure that the chemical composition of the raw materials meets ASTM A268 standards. Salt spray tests, condensate simulation tests, and high-temperature oxidation tests are conducted to ensure the corrosion resistance of the welds.
