In the power generation sector, reliability, thermal efficiency, and durability are paramount. TORICH offers high-performance stainless steel and alloy steel tubing designed to meet the demanding requirements of superheated steam, high-pressure, and high-temperature environments. Our products are widely used in boilers, superheaters, reheaters, condensers, and heat exchangers in thermal and nuclear power plants.
Customer Challenge
- Oxidation and high-temperature corrosion lead to thinning of the pipe wall.
- Leaks can occur due to poor welding quality or inconsistent pipe dimensions.
- Frequent maintenance downtime can affect system efficiency and output.
Solution

Precision Cold Drawing
Torich stainless steel pipes are manufactured using a precision cold drawing process, ensuring uniform wall thickness, high dimensional accuracy, and a smooth surface. This process enhances the pipe's mechanical strength, guaranteeing stable performance under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
Surface Treatment
After manufacturing, each pipe undergoes pickling, ultrasonic cleaning, and chemical passivation to remove surface impurities and form a stable chromium oxide protective film. This passivation layer significantly improves the pipe's resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, thereby extending its service life in harsh environments.

Rigorous Testing
Every batch of TORICH pipes undergoes comprehensive quality and performance testing, including corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and dimensional verification. These rigorous inspections ensure that every pipe delivered meets international standards and operates reliably in critical applications such as boilers, heat exchangers, and power generation systems.
