what is Nickel alloy tubes and pipes?
Nickel alloy tubes and pipes are precision-engineered hollow metal profiles composed primarily of nickel (typically 30% to over 99% by weight) and alloyed with elements such as copper, chromium, molybdenum, iron, or cobalt. TORICH manufactures these products using advanced processes including melting, rolling, and drawing, producing both seamless and welded forms in a wide range of customizable diameters and wall thicknesses. With outstanding resistance to high temperatures, exceptional corrosion protection, and superior mechanical strength, TORICH nickel alloy tubes are extensively applied in the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, marine, and aerospace sectors.

Production Process of Nickel alloy tubes and pipes
Raw Material Preparation and Smelting: Nickel and other alloying raw materials are precisely blended and refined under vacuum to produce a master alloy ingot with uniform composition.
Ingot Slab and Hot Rolling: After surface cleaning and homogenization annealing, the ingot is forged into a billet, which is then hot-rolled into thick-walled tube billets or rough tubes.
Cold Rolling/Cold Drawing (Precision Forming): Through cold rolling or cold drawing, the rough tube is processed to achieve the target dimensions, thereby improving precision and surface finish. Intermediate annealing is required during this process.
Heat Treatment: Solution treatment (and aging treatment for certain alloys) is applied to the steel tube to optimize the microstructure and enhance its strength and corrosion resistance.
Finishing and Testing: The steel tube is cut, straightened, and surface-treated. Physical and chemical properties and non-destructive testing are also performed to ensure quality.
Finished Product Packaging and Shipment: Qualified steel tubes are packaged after rust prevention treatment and shipped with a material certificate.
