1. Surface Treatment
The Stainless Steel Cylinder Tube is manufactured using advanced honing or roller polishing techniques, resulting in an extremely smooth inner surface with Ra ≤ 0.2–0.4 μm. The outer surface of the tube is polished to ensure it is free of scratches, dents, grooves, and other defects, and ultrasonic cleaning after honing ensures the inner surface is free of contaminants.
2. High Corrosion Resistance
We offer high-quality stainless steels such as 316L, 309S, and 310S, as well as duplex stainless steel, suitable for humid, chemical, or marine environments. Our tubes undergo pickling and passivation treatments to enhance their corrosion resistance.
3. High Pressure Resistance
The Stainless Steel Cylinder Tube is manufactured using a cold-drawing process, resulting in uniform wall thickness and excellent yield and tensile strength. They undergo rigorous mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with high-pressure hydraulic system standards.
4. Excellent Weldability and Machinability
Our pipes are suitable for welding methods such as TIG welding, MIG welding, laser welding, and rail welding without cracking. They are also easy to machine, including threading, grooving, boring, and end-face finishing.
5. Quality Control
All incoming stainless steel billets and pipes from TORICH undergo chemical composition testing using spectrochemical analysis to ensure compliance with ASTM A511 standards. Furthermore, they undergo rigorous dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing to ensure durability in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications.
