- TORICH employs strict raw material control. Each batch of steel billets undergoes rigorous chemical composition testing to ensure full compliance with ASTM A213 standards.
- Each batch of tubes is recorded with heat treatment, grade, dimensions, and standards, ensuring full traceability.
3. Surface Quality
- The Stainless Steel Tube Heat Exchanger is manufactured using precision cold drawing and solution annealing processes, resulting in a smooth surface. The tubes undergo pickling and passivation treatment to ensure a tight fit between the tube and the tubesheet during assembly, minimizing the risk of leakage.
- Electropolishing and ultrasonic cleaning services are available to remove residual mill scale, oil, or particulate contamination.
4. High Dimensional Accuracy
- Our tubing is manufactured using controlled hot extrusion and multiple cold drawing processes, achieving dimensional tolerances of ±0.05 mm, or as per customer requirements, ensuring a perfect fit to tube sheets and bundles.
- Our tubing undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection to ensure that the outer diameter, wall thickness, and straightness meet ASTM A213 standards, preventing bending or deformation during installation.
5. Corrosion Resistance and Oxidation Resistance
- Our tubing is made from high-quality stainless steel, with strict control over its chemical composition, ensuring excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.
