We possess advanced production equipment, including automated spiral fin processing machines and 22 cold-drawing lines, ensuring quality and dimensional control of steel pipes in mass production. This guarantees uniform adhesion between the fins and the pipe surface, eliminating gaps or weak points.

Our fin height, fin spacing, pipe diameter, and pipe length can all be customized to customer specifications. We offer a variety of stainless steel materials, including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, and 347. Pipes can be customized according to customer drawings.
3. High Heat Transfer Efficiency
The spiral fins increase the surface area of the pipe, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency. Our pipes undergo pickling treatment to ensure a smooth inner bore and uniform liquid flow rate within the pipe.
4. Low Maintenance Costs
Our Helical Finned Tube uses high-frequency current welding to the base pipe and undergoes non-destructive testing to ensure a tight bond between the fins and the base pipe, reducing mechanical failures and scaling.
5. Surface Quality
Our high-frequency welded helical finned tubes undergo pickling, passivation, and polishing to achieve a smooth surface, reducing the risk of fin detachment. For customers with specific needs in chemical, pharmaceutical, and other applications, electropolishing is available.
