- Our tubes exhibit excellent ductility and toughness, along with low thermal expansion stress, enabling them to withstand repeated thermal expansion and contraction without cracking or deformation.
3. Superior Surface Quality
- Our Stainless Heat Exchanger Tube is pickled and passivated, and formed into U-tubes using a cold bending process, which prevents the generation of microcracks or surface defects.
- The tubes undergo eddy current testing and roughness testing to ensure they are defect-free, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm after cold drawing, and polishing treatment is available.
4. High Dimensional Accuracy
- Our tubes are manufactured using precision cold drawing and cold bending processes, ensuring uniform wall thickness. Rigorous dimensional inspection ensures that the outer diameter, wall thickness, and bending radius meet ASTM A213 standards.
- Our tubes are annealed after bending to reduce residual stress caused by bending and prevent shape deformation during thermal cycling.
