Our H-Type Finned Tubes are stainless steel fins manufactured using high-frequency welding technology from premium austenitic stainless steel. They possess excellent corrosion resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, and mechanical durability, and are commonly used in power plant boilers and economizers, ships, petrochemicals, and other fields.

1. High Heat Transfer Efficiency

Our H-Type Finned Tubes feature a unique "H"-shaped fin design, which not only increases the heat exchange surface area but also promotes turbulence, accelerating heat exchange between the tube wall and the flowing fluid, thus significantly improving the thermal efficiency of boilers and economizers.

 

2. Corrosion and Oxidation Resistance

Our tubes are made from high-quality 304/316/321 stainless steel raw materials, which have passed salt spray and high-temperature oxidation tests, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance. They can resist acids, salts, or industrial gases and resist scaling and oxidation even at temperatures above 800°C.

 

3. Fin Quality
Our H-Type Finned Tubes utilize a fully automated high-frequency welding system to connect the H-shaped fins to the base tube, ensuring a strong bond between the fins and the tube material and preventing fin detachment during operation and vibration.

 

4. Quality Control
Each of our finned tubes undergoes eddy current, ultrasonic, and hydrostatic testing to ensure complete welding and eliminate the risk of leakage. Each tube undergoes dimensional inspection to ensure that fin spacing, height, and tube diameter roundness tolerances are controlled within ±0.1mm.
