The stainless boiler tube utilizes "H-grade" high-temperature stainless steel alloys. Compared to standard 304/316 grades, SUS304H/316H features a precisely controlled carbon content of 0.04–0.10% and a grain size finer than ASTM Grade 7, significantly enhancing high-temperature creep strength. They are suitable for service temperatures ranging from approximately 500°C to 800°C.
The tubing exhibits excellent cold-bending ductility and weldability. Unlike carbon steel boiler tubes, which require complex procedures such as pre-heating and post-weld heat treatment, austenitic stainless steel maintains superior overall properties in the as-welded condition, thereby shortening the equipment installation schedule.

- TORICH offers custom precision sizing services, in addition to standard ranges-Outer Diameter (OD) of 6.0 mm–219.0 mm and Wall Thickness (WT) of 0.5 mm–20.0 mm-we accommodate special size requirements with ODs up to 325.0 mm.
- We provide tube end and beveling services, including plain ends and internal/external chamfering, as well as machining to specifications for V-bevels (30°, 37.5°), U-bevels, and compound bevels.
- Bending and forming services are available, including U-bends, serpentine coils, and coiled tubing configurations.

Possible Alternative Grades
- When the boiler operating temperature remains consistently below 550°C, and there is no significant flue gas sulfide corrosion, conventional TB-grade stainless steel can be used as a substitute, reducing costs by 12%–18%.
- For extreme chemical boiler operating conditions-characterized by temperatures consistently above 700°C, high-sulfur flue gas corrosion, and high-pressure cyclic loading-SUS310S can be employed, as it offers a maximum temperature resistance of up to 1000°C.
- Super 304H can be selected as a substitute for SUS347H; it is commonly used in ultra-supercritical boilers.
