2. High Temperature Resistance

  • We offer a variety of high-temperature resistant materials, including 304/304H, 316/316H, 321/321H, 347/347H, and TP310S, with strict chemical composition testing to ensure compliance with ASTM A213 standards.
  • Stainless Boiler Tube undergoes solution annealing heat treatment to improve the high-temperature stability of the tubes, ensuring stable operation in boilers at temperatures up to 700°C.

3. Customization Services

  • TORICH can provide corresponding materials according to customer needs: 304/316 basic grades for normal operating conditions (temperature ≤450℃); 304H/316H/321H for medium and high-temperature conditions (450℃~600℃); and 347H/TP310S for high-temperature and highly corrosive conditions (above 600℃).
  • We support customized dimensions, various internal and external surface treatments such as pickling and passivation, mechanical polishing, and internal wall phosphating, as well as pipe bending services.
