3 Pickling and cleaning: Pickle and clean the heated round tube billets to remove the oxide scale and impurities on the surface.
4 Perforation: Use a perforator to perforate the heated round tube billets to form rough tubes.
5 Cold drawing: Cold drawing the rough tubes to improve their dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
6 Rolling: Roll the rough tubes by three-roller oblique rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion to achieve the required size and shape.
7 De-tube: De-tube the rolled rough tubes.
8 Sizing (or reducing): Sizing or reducing the rough tubes by a sizing machine or a reducing machine to ensure their dimensional accuracy.
9 Cooling: Cool the sizing steel tubes.
10 Straightening: Straighten the cooled steel tubes.
11 Water pressure test (or flaw detection): Perform water pressure test or flaw detection on the straightened steel pipe to ensure its quality.
