EN10216-1 is the European standard for seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes, covering non-alloy steel tubes with specific room temperature properties. The standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for hot-rolled and cold-drawn steel tubes. EN10216-1 seamless steel tubes are hollow tube shells formed by drawing a solid steel billet through a perforated bar, without welds or seams. These steel tubes are suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, such as boiler water pipes, power plants, and petrochemical plants.
