Our Sa 312 316l Thick Wall Seamless Stainless Steel Tube is produced using a hot-piercing + multi-stage cold-drawing process, resulting in a uniform, high-density tube structure. Eccentricity is controlled below 5%, ensuring uniform wall thickness and enhanced resistance to high pressure, thermal shock, and vibration, making them suitable for high-pressure applications.

Our tubes are made of PED/ISO certified 316L stainless steel, and each batch undergoes PMI testing to verify its precise chemical composition. Solution annealing, pickling, and passivation processes ensure excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Precise Dimensions
Our tubes are produced using advanced cold-drawing equipment with precise mandrel and die control, ensuring dimensional tolerances of ±0.05–0.1 mm in wall thickness. After drawing and annealing, the tubes are straightened using a high-tonnage straightening machine to ensure straightness ≤1.5 mm/m.

4. Surface Quality

Our pipes undergo pickling and passivation treatment, resulting in an inner surface Ra ≤ 1.5 μm and a contaminant-free surface. For demanding applications, we offer bright annealing (BA) or mechanical polishing.

5. Quality Control
Every batch of pipes produced by TORICH undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection to ensure dimensional tolerances comply with ASTM A312 standards. Hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing ensure the pipes are 100% free of cracks, inclusions, delamination, and can withstand high pressure without leakage risk.
