Hexagonal Inside and Outside Round Steel Tube strictly adheres to EN 10305-1, ensuring precise dimensions. The outer diameter (across-flats) tolerance meets grades h8–h10, while the wall thickness tolerance is ±5%.
Following cold drawing and heat treatment, the inner surface roughness of the tubing is ≤ 0.8 μm, reducing frictional losses in hydraulic systems and enhancing sealing performance.

Possible Alternative Grades
- For low-load applications such as general mechanical supports and lightly load-bearing structures, E215 stainless steel is a suitable choice, offering lower cost than E235 while retaining basic toughness and machinability.
- For applications in corrosive environments, pharmaceuticals, or high-end decorative fields, 304 or 316 stainless steel is preferable.
