Unlike traditional carbon steel tubes with circular or square cross-sections, Hexagonal Shape Carbon Steel Tube features a six-sided profile capable of uniformly distributing external forces; they demonstrate superior performance compared to square tubing, particularly when subjected to torsional (twisting) loads.


Manufactured using a precision cold-forming process, these tubes feature a tolerance of ≤ ±0.05 mm across opposing hexagonal flats and a wall thickness tolerance of ≤ ±0.05 mm. Free from defects such as ovality, deformation, or burrs, they can be directly butt-joined during installation without the need for secondary processing.
