Following bright annealing treatment, the inner surface roughness (Ra) of the stainless steel pipe coil is ≤ 0.8 μm; this smooth inner wall effectively reduces fluid flow resistance.
Manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM A249 standards, the tubing undergoes a post-weld cold drawing process to restore the material's ductility and corrosion resistance, thereby effectively mitigating the risk of intergranular corrosion within the weld's heat-affected zone.
Compared to copper tubing, stainless steel offers a significantly broader operating temperature range-spanning from -200°C to 800°C-and boasts a service life twice that of copper.
