Our tubes can withstand high pressure and high temperatures without deformation, making them suitable for boilers, condensers, and high-pressure pipelines. Compared to austenitic stainless steel, it has higher thermal conductivity and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, thus improving efficiency.
3. Biofouling Resistance
The surface of our Super Duplex Stainless Steel Tubes is pickled, passivated, and polished. The seamless structure and smooth surface make it more difficult for biofilms to adhere, preventing biofouling and extending the service life of marine components, propeller shafts, and seawater pipelines.
