Possible Alternative Grades

TP310S: An alternative to EN 1.4845 (X8CrNi25-21) and JIS SUS310S. These grades have nearly identical chromium (24-26%) and nickel (19-22%) contents, ensuring excellent oxidation resistance and strength retention at high temperatures up to 1100°C-ideal for boiler, superheater, and furnace applications.
TP316L: An alternative to EN 1.4404 (X2CrNiMo17-12-2) and JIS SUS316L. Its molybdenum content (2-3%) enhances resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, while its low carbon content (<0.03%) minimizes the risk of sensitization during welding.
TP348: Can be substituted by EN 1.4550 (X6CrNiNb18-10) and JIS SUS347. The niobium-stabilized substitute can prevent intergranular corrosion after welding and provide good creep strength under long-term high-temperature use. It is a reliable material for superheater and reheater coils.
