- The tubes are pickled, passivated, cleaned, and inspected to remove oxides and impurities from the surface.
3. Dimensional Accuracy
- Our copper tubes are manufactured using precision manufacturing processes, including continuous extrusion and drawing, which ensure uniform wall thickness and consistent outer diameter. Wall thickness and outer diameter are measured in real-time during production to ensure compliance with ASTM B75 standards.
- The tubes are coiled using tension control to prevent ovality, bending, or wall thinning.
