Our coated copper coils are manufactured from high-quality copper material, undergoing strict chemical composition testing to ensure high thermal conductivity and brazing performance, with a thermal conductivity of 401 W/m·K.
4. Precise Dimensions
Our copper base tubes are seamless tubes manufactured through cold drawing. Bright annealing and straightening processes ensure that the outer diameter and wall thickness tolerances meet ASTM B68 standards or customer requirements, with a diameter tolerance of ±0.05mm.
5. Ductility Advantage
Copper itself has excellent ductility, and with precise annealing treatment, our PVC Coated Copper Tubing exhibits outstanding flexibility. After professional coiling processes, the finished coils can achieve small radius bends, suitable for complex installation scenarios.
6. Customized Production
TORICH has a flexible mold changing system, allowing for quick switching of copper tube diameter, coating thickness (0.3-1.0mm), and coil length to meet the customized needs of different customers. Custom coating colors are also available (such as white, blue, and gray).
