- The Beryllium Copper Tube maintains the continuity of the copper matrix through precise heat treatment and aging processes, achieving high electrical conductivity.
3. Excellent Fatigue and Wear Resistance
- Our tubes are seamless tubes manufactured using a cold drawing process, and eddy current testing is performed to ensure uniform wall thickness and no internal defects, maintaining long-term reliability under repeated stress.
- The tubes undergo pickling and cold drawing processes, resulting in a smooth surface that is polished to remove oxides, scale, and surface defects, reducing friction and wear and enhancing the wear resistance of the tubes.
4. High Dimensional Accuracy
- Our C17200 Beryllium Copper Tubes are manufactured through precision extrusion and drawing, with strict control of the outer diameter tolerance within ±0.05mm, ensuring compliance with ASTM B643 dimensional standards.
