- Our finned tube base tubes are manufactured using a precision cold-drawing process, ensuring strict dimensional tolerances; the fins are precisely controlled by a CNC finning machine to ensure consistent fin spacing, fin height, fin thickness, and winding tension.
- All finned tubes produced by TORICH undergo rigorous dimensional inspection to ensure the base tube fully complies with ASTM B75 standards before finning.
3. High Compressive Mechanical Strength
- Our tubes undergo rigorous mechanical performance testing to ensure excellent vibration resistance, guaranteeing long-term operational stability even under high mechanical stress.
- Copper's natural ductility allows it to absorb thermal expansion and contraction without cracking; combined with the double L-type mechanically wound fin process, this ensures excellent stability of the tube during repeated thermal cycling.
4. Customization Services
- TORICH offers customization services for tube length, fin height, fin density (FPI), fin thickness, and copper grade; and provides anti-corrosion coatings, passivation, or surface cleaning treatments.
- For heat exchanger tube assemblies requiring complex wiring, U-bends or custom bends are available; ends are chamfered or threaded to suit assembly requirements.
