2. Long Service Life
Our 904L Stainless Steel Pipe undergoes eddy current testing and hydrostatic testing to ensure pipe quality. It performs well in continuously acidic, high-humidity, and oxidizing/reducing environments, reducing maintenance costs and extending equipment life.
3. Excellent Weldability
We use high-quality 904L stainless steel, chemically verified to have a carbon content ≤0.02%, preventing risks such as carbide precipitation, sensitization, and intergranular corrosion in weld areas. It is suitable for secondary processing such as bending, flanging, and forming.
4. Surface Treatment
Our pipe surfaces undergo pickling, ultrasonic cleaning, and chemical passivation treatments to ensure a contaminant-free surface and enhance corrosion resistance. Polishing can be performed according to customer requirements.
5. High Mechanical Strength
Our tubing undergoes mechanical testing and can withstand enormous internal pressure without deformation. It also maintains impact resistance at both low and high temperatures, making it suitable for chemical, seawater, and high-temperature applications.
