2. Surface Quality
- Our tubing undergoes pickling and passivation treatment to ensure a smooth, contaminant-free surface. We offer BA bright annealed tubing and EP electrolytic polishing, suitable for instrument tubing, heat exchangers, and high-purity process lines.
- Each TORICH tubing undergoes eddy current testing before packaging to ensure a smooth, defect-free surface, free of weld seams or inclusions.
3. High Mechanical Strength
- Our Super Duplex Tubing undergoes tensile testing, achieving a yield strength ≥550MPa, approximately equivalent to standard stainless steel. This allows for reduced wall thickness while maintaining excellent compressive strength, resulting in lower overall material weight and cost.

4. Precise Dimensions
- The tubing undergoes cold drawing and solution annealing processes, ensuring tight dimensional tolerances, a smooth inner surface, and high-pressure resistance.
- Each tube is dimensionally measured before packaging to ensure compliance with ASTM A789 standards.
5. Protective Coating and Packaging
- Oil coating and plastic end caps are available to protect the tubing from contamination, rust, and mechanical damage during storage and transportation.
