2. High Dimensional Accuracy

During production, they are manufactured using hot extrusion and cold drawing processes, followed by solution heat treatment after cold drawing to prevent deformation.
- Our pipes undergo straightening after heat treatment to ensure straightness, and they undergo rigorous dimensional inspection, with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.05mm and a wall thickness tolerance of ≤0.1mm.
3. Weldability and Machinability
- Our Duplex 2205 Pipes undergo pickling and passivation to ensure a surface free of iron contamination and heavy oxides, facilitating welding.
- Our pipes are solution-treated, resulting in a uniform microstructure and no residual stress. Furthermore, 2205 exhibits excellent ductility, allowing for cold bending, flaring, and other processing.
4. Quality Control

A: Duplex 2205 is suitable for applications below 300°C (570°F). Continuous use in environments exceeding ~300°C will lead to embrittlement.
