Products Description
Our Advantages
1. High Temperature Resistance
- 304H Stainless Steel Pipe can operate normally at temperatures of 600–650℃, suitable for applications requiring long-term high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, such as boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers.
- Our pipes undergo a rigorous heat treatment process, including solution annealing at controlled temperatures, restoring the pipe's ductility while maintaining its high-temperature strength.
2. High Pressure Resistance
- Our pipes are manufactured using seamless hot piercing and cold drawing processes, resulting in uniform wall thickness and excellent pressure resistance, making them suitable for critical pressure-bearing components in boilers.
- 304H Stainless Steel Pipe undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing, eddy current testing, and ultrasonic testing to ensure a defect-free surface, reducing the risk of leakage or rupture in high-pressure steam systems.
3. Excellent Machining Performance
- Our pipes, with strict control over their chemical composition, possess excellent machinability, enabling boiler coil bending, U-bend fabrication, etc., without cracking.
- The moderate hardness of 304H minimizes tool wear and produces a high-quality surface finish during machining processes such as beveling, threading, and drilling, making it suitable for on-site installation.
4. Weldability
- Our pipes are delivered in a solution-treated state, minimizing carbide reprecipitation and supporting various welding processes, including TIG welding, SMAW, and SAW.
- For pipes with a wall thickness of less than 10mm, they can be used directly after welding without heat treatment. The pipes undergo tensile testing, high-temperature short-time tensile testing, and intergranular corrosion testing to ensure their weldability.
5. Customized Production Capabilities
- TORICH not only supports production of international standard specifications such as ASTM, EN, and DIN, but also provides non-standard customization services, producing pipes of non-standard sizes according to engineering drawings or special order requirements.
- Our pipes have strict dimensional tolerances, with an outer diameter tolerance controllable within ±0.05mm; we support surface treatments such as pickling and passivation, mechanical polishing, and electrolytic polishing, as well as customized end processing.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between 304 stainless steel and 304H stainless steel?
A: 304H has a higher carbon content (0.04%–0.10%) and is specifically designed for boilers and pressure systems in high-temperature environments. It offers higher high-temperature strength and creep resistance, while standard 304 is more suitable for general corrosive applications.
Q: What standards do your 304H seamless boiler pipes comply with?
A: Our 304H stainless steel seamless pipes are manufactured according to the following international standards: ASTM A213, ASTM A312, EN 10216-5, JIS G3463, etc.
Q: Is 304H pipe easy to weld?
A: Our 304H pipes are supplied in a solution-treated state. Excellent weldability can be achieved by following the correct welding process.
