2. Surface Treatment
- The inner surface of the Hydraulic Cylinder Tube undergoes multiple honing processes, controlling the inner surface roughness to Ra ≤ 0.4-0.8 μm.
- The outer surface of the tubing offers optional finishes such as pickling and passivation, and mechanical polishing. Eddy current testing ensures the tubing is defect-free both internally and externally.
3. Corrosion Resistance
- We offer a variety of stainless steel materials, including 304, 316, and 2205, allowing customers to select the appropriate grade based on their application needs. These are suitable for automotive, general industrial hydraulic systems, marine, and chemical industries.
- The Hydraulic Cylinder Tube undergoes rigorous chemical composition testing and intergranular corrosion testing to ensure that the materials used meet ASTM standards.
