- Bright Annealed Tube For Boiler is manufactured using a precision cold drawing process, involving multiple cold drawing passes to precisely control the outer diameter, inner diameter, and wall thickness of the pipe.
- Our pipes undergo real-time online dimensional monitoring during production to ensure that the outer diameter, wall thickness, straightness, etc., meet ASTM A213 standards or customer requirements.
3. Standards and Certifications
- Our Bright Annealed Tube for Boiler is manufactured strictly according to the ASTM A213 international standard and complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification systems.
- From raw materials to finished pipes, all undergo rigorous quality testing. We offer EN 10204 3.1 factory test certificates (MTC) and can provide SGS and TÜV third-party inspection reports upon customer request.
4. Temperature Resistance & Oxidation Resistance
- Our pipes are available in high-temperature resistant materials such as TP321, TP347, and TP347H, capable of continuous operation at temperatures ranging from 450℃ to 900℃.
- Our pipes undergo bright annealing, resulting in superior oxidation resistance compared to ordinary stainless steel pipes. They produce virtually no oxide scale at high temperatures, preventing boiler system blockages from the outset.
