TORICH Bright Annealed Tube for boiler undergoes high-temperature annealing to minimize oxide formation during heat treatment. They feature an internal surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm and are free from burrs and oxide scale, making them resistant to scaling and clogging. Compared with pickling-and-passivation-treated tubes, these tubes form a more uniform, dense passivation layer, delivering superior performance in high-temperature steam environments and in conditions involving chloride ions.
Manufactured using cold-drawing and cold-rolling processes, the tubes offer high dimensional precision-with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.1 mm and a wall thickness tolerance of ±0.05 mm. They are directly compatible with imported boilers and precision heat exchange equipment, significantly shortening installation times and reducing assembly waste.
