1. Dimensional Precision
- Our small diameter steel tubing is manufactured to exacting tolerances in accordance with ASTM A269 standards. Each piece of steel tubing is measured with precision instruments for high-dimensional accuracy.
- The tubing undergoes multiple cold drawing processes to ensure ovality and dimensional tolerances; after rigorous dimensional inspection, the outer diameter tolerance is ±0.05mm, and the wall thickness is uniform with no significant wall deviation.
2. Smooth Internal Surface
- Our stainless steel tubing is bright annealed and polished to a surface roughness of ≤ 0.8 µm. For the medical and semiconductor industries, the internal surface roughness can reach Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
- The tubing is cleaned using alkaline degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning methods to ensure cleanliness; furthermore, it undergoes profilometry and eddy current testing to ensure the surface is free of scratches, pitting, and other defects.
3. High Strength and Pressure Resistance
- Our tubing undergoes solution annealing after cold drawing to eliminate internal stress, improving strength and toughness, ensuring it won't easily crack or deform during use.
- Our small diameter steel tubing undergoes hydrostatic and mechanical testing to ensure it can withstand internal hydraulic pressure without deformation or leakage.
4. Secondary Processing Capability
- Our tubing is made of austenitic stainless steels such as TP304, TP316, and TP321, which exhibit excellent ductility and toughness. This ensures the tubing can be bent to small radii without breaking.
- The tubing supports bending, flaring, necking, precision cutting, turning, drilling, grooving, and other processing methods to meet the diverse needs of instrument piping, hydraulic piping, and other applications.
