The 6mm Seamless Stainless Steel Tube is manufactured using 316/316L austenitic stainless steel, effectively resisting corrosion from automotive hydraulic fluids, acidic and alkaline road contaminants, and moisture. This prevents internal rusting and scaling within the tubing, thereby eliminating issues related to hydraulic fluid contamination and leaks caused by corrosion.
Produced via a seamless cold-rolling process followed by solution heat treatment, the tubing is free of weak points associated with welds. It exhibits superior mechanical strength and pressure resistance, enabling it to withstand the high-pressure surges inherent in automotive hydraulic systems and eliminating safety hazards such as tube rupture or deformation.
Following a bright solution annealing treatment, the tubing attains a soft temper (hardness ≤90 HRB) and possesses excellent cold-working formability, allowing for easy secondary processing operations such as flaring, swaging, bending, and end forming.
