2. High Dimensional Accuracy
- Our EP tubing is cold-drawn using precision molds, enabling precise control over its outer diameter and wall thickness. For small-diameter tubes with an outer diameter of less than 50mm, the outer diameter tolerance can be as tight as ±0.02mm.
- We use online dimensional inspection to monitor each production process of the tubing, ensuring that tolerances meet standard specifications.
3. High Cleanliness
- In the semiconductor industry, even tiny particles or metal residues can cause contamination, so the cleanliness of the tubing is crucial. Our Electropolished SS Tubing is ultrasonically cleaned to ensure that the tube surface is free of grease and contaminants.
- To prevent contamination during storage or transportation, each tube is individually packaged in a clean environment.
3. Customization and Processing
- For the convenience of our customers, we provide processing services, including precision cutting, chamfering, deburring, and port processing, as well as bending and forming.
- We support non-standard customization, including customized inner surface roughness and customized shapes according to customer requirements.

Q: What is the typical inner surface finish of your electropolished tubing?
A: We use electropolished stainless steel tubing that conforms to ASTM A269 standards. The inner surface is extremely smooth, with a typical roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, and can be further refined to Ra ≤ 0.15 μm upon customer request.
Q: How do you ensure high-dimensional accuracy of the tubing?
A: Dimensional accuracy is ensured through precision cold drawing, controlled annealing, and strict electropolishing process control. Each tube undergoes inspection for outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, straightness, and ovality, and the measurement results are recorded in the Mill Test Certificate (MTC).
Q: Is this tubing suitable for orbital welding or TIG welding?
A: Yes. Our tubing has excellent weldability. Pre-cleaning is recommended, and post-weld passivation or electropolishing can restore the surface smoothness and corrosion resistance of the tubing in high-purity systems.
