- The pipes undergo eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, and hydrostatic testing to ensure that the pipe surface is free of cracks, inclusions, and other defects, meeting ASTM A312 standard specifications.
4. Surface Treatment
- The pipes undergo pickling and passivation treatment, resulting in a clean surface free of oil and scale, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the pipes and extends their service life in chemical environments.
- We offer customized surface treatments, including polishing, sandblasting, or PVC epoxy resin or anti-corrosion coatings according to customer requirements.
