1. Surface Quality
- Electropolished pipe undergoes an electropolishing process to remove microscopic protrusions, burrs, and processing residues from the pipe surface, ensuring smooth fluid flow and suitability for high-purity systems.
- The pipes are inspected using endoscopes and Ra measurements to ensure smooth and clean inner and outer surfaces, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
2. Precise Dimensions
- Our pipes utilize precision cold drawing and online laser diameter measurement throughout the process, resulting in dimensional tolerances far superior to ordinary stainless steel pipes. Small diameter pipes have an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.03mm, wall thickness tolerance of ±0.02mm, roundness deviation ≤0.05mm, and straightness ≤0.8mm/m.
- Before electropolishing, the welds of our welded pipes are ground and pre-polished to ensure the weld seam is flush with the pipe surface.
3. Corrosion Resistance
- Electropolished pipe is made from low-carbon stainless steel materials such as 304L, 316L, and 317L, offering excellent corrosion resistance and reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion.
- The electropolishing process forms a stable passivation film, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the pipes. Spectrometer testing ensures that the materials used meet ASTM standards.
4. Quality Control
- The pipes undergo mechanical performance testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and eddy current testing to ensure that there are no internal defects or leakage risks.
- After polishing, the pipes undergo rigorous cleaning and cleanliness verification testing to ensure they meet cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or ultra-high purity standards.
5. Customized Services
- We support non-standard customization, including custom inner surface roughness, ranging from the standard Ra ≤ 0.8 μm to ultra-smooth Ra ≤ 0.15 μm, which is suitable for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology systems.
- We support custom end finishing such as chamfering, beveling, and other port customizations, as well as interface customization to fit international standard precision connectors, avoiding secondary processing.
