2. Precise Dimensions
Our capillary tubes are produced using advanced cold drawing, bright annealing, micro-polishing, and precision cutting processes, ensuring tight tolerances within ±0.01–0.03 mm and a smooth inner surface, suitable for precision instruments.
3. Strong Corrosion Resistance
Our tubing undergoes acid pickling and passivation treatment, resulting in a strong-adhesion oxide film that provides long-term protection even in highly corrosive environments such as chlorides, seawater, oxidizing media, and certain acidic or alkaline solutions. Ideal for chemical processing, marine engineering, medical devices, and other fields.
4. Re-processing Capabilities
Our titanium alloy tubing has excellent weldability, especially the Gr1 and Gr2 materials, allowing customers to assemble, bend, cut, and connect the tubing without compromising quality.
5. Quality Control
All pipes manufactured by TORICH undergo ultrasonic non-destructive testing and hydrostatic pressure testing to ensure that the pipes are free of internal defects, cracks, etc., and can withstand the high pressure in aerospace or hydraulic systems.
