Through solution treatment and aging, its tensile strength can easily exceed 1100 MPa or even higher, while maintaining excellent toughness. Our tubes undergo ASTM G31 corrosion testing and demonstrate excellent corrosion resistance in various environments, including seawater, chlorides, acids, and oxidizing/reducing agents.

Alternative Grades	Reasons
UNS S31803 / S32205	Duplex stainless steels combine high strength with excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting, making them suitable alternatives to titanium in marine, offshore, and chemical processing systems where titanium is less demanding.
TP316L	Grade 316L offers excellent resistance to chloride corrosion and is a common replacement for titanium in heat exchangers, condensers, and desalination units operating under moderate temperature and pressure conditions.
TP904L	With higher nickel and molybdenum contents, it offers enhanced corrosion resistance in acidic and chloride-rich environments, making it suitable for chemical and marine applications at a lower cost than titanium alloys.
