3. Surface Treatment
- The 304 Stainless Steel Square Tube is pickled and passivated, resulting in an oil-free surface and enhanced corrosion resistance.
- We can provide 2B surface finish, brushed surface finish, polished surface finish, and mirror surface finish according to customer requirements.
4. Excellent Mechanical Strength and Ductility
- Our tubes undergo solution annealing after welding, ensuring consistent mechanical properties throughout the tube and enabling them to withstand bending, cutting, and welding without cracking or deformation.
- The tubes undergo rigorous mechanical property testing and flattening/bending tests. Cold forming processes are used to improve tube accuracy, making them suitable for structural, industrial, and construction applications.
