3. Surface Quality and Finish
Our tubes are polished, brushed, or mirror-finished to achieve a high-quality surface finish with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8µm. Visual inspection ensures the tubes are free of dents, scratches, weld defects, discoloration, and coating defects.
4. High-Oxidation & Heat Resistance
Our stainless steel square tube undergoes high-temperature oxidation testing and creep testing to ensure it can withstand high temperatures and oxidation without unacceptable scaling, deformation, or loss of mechanical properties.
