- The pipes undergo tensile testing to ensure that the weld strength is equal to or greater than the strength of the base material. Ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing are performed to ensure that the pipes are free from internal and surface defects.
2. Smooth Surface
- SS Box Pipe undergoes wire drawing treatment, resulting in a high degree of surface smoothness with an Ra value of up to 0.4μm, offering high aesthetic appeal and suitability for decorative applications.
- The pipes undergo rigorous surface roughness measurement and visual inspection to ensure that the surface is free from scratches, dents, and delamination.
3. Strong Corrosion Resistance
- SS Box Pipe is available in different corrosion resistance grades of stainless steel, such as 304 and 316, allowing us to provide the appropriate grade for our customers' applications, ensuring corrosion resistance in various environments.
- The pipes undergo pickling and passivation treatment to restore the corrosion resistance of the weld area. Our raw materials are tested using a spectrometer to ensure that their chemical composition meets the JIS G3446 standard specifications.
4. Customization Services
- TORICH provides non-standard customization services, offering pipes according to application drawings. We offer a range of surface treatments, including pickling and passivation, bright annealing, wire drawing, mirror polishing, and matte or satin coatings.
