Manufactured using a cold-drawing process, our Ss Stainless Capillary Tube is free from the risks of weld corrosion and leakage, making it ideally suited for high-pressure instrumentation applications within chemical plants.
Capable of stable operation over a temperature range of -200°C to 500°C, the tubing has been verified by ASTM A262 testing to be free from intergranular corrosion.
Compared to welded stainless steel tubing, our seamless tubes feature a structure devoid of weld defects, offering superior uniformity in mechanical properties and enhanced resistance to impact and deformation.
Customized Services
- TORICH offers fixed-length cutting with a tolerance of ±0.2 mm, performed in accordance with engineering drawings. We provide end-finishing services, including square cutting, automated deburring, 37° single flaring, and surface preparation for ferrule-type fittings.
- We offer customized surface treatments, such as EP (Electropolishing) to achieve a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, as well as mirror polishing.
- We support seamless pre-bending and forming services, and offer customized end treatments including chamfering, threading, and the attachment of various connection fittings (ferrule-type, weld-type, and flared-type).

Possible Alternative Grades
- For demanding operating conditions involving high temperatures and high concentrations of strong acids, TP317 may be selected as an alternative to 316 for use in strong-acid sampling or effluent analysis lines.
- For environments subject to marine atmospheric corrosion-such as instrumentation tubing utilizing seawater cooling in chemical plants-Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 is recommended, offering superior corrosion resistance and excellent high-pressure bearing capacity.
- For pressure impulse lines required to withstand rigorous welding processes or subject to alternating thermal cycles, TP347 may be selected as an alternative to 321.
