Possible Alternative Grades
- For applications requiring higher temperature resistance, SUS310S can be used as an alternative.
- If enhanced resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking is required, SUS317L or duplex stainless steel (such as SUS329J4L, S32205) is recommended.
- If excellent high-temperature creep strength is required, SUS347H can be considered.
- If higher strength and improved pitting corrosion resistance are required, super-austenitic stainless steels (254SMO, N08904) can be used as alternatives.
