Furthermore, our pipes undergo a comprehensive process, including piercing, rolling, heat treatment, and straightening, ensuring dimensional tolerances meet standard specifications and a straightness of ≤ 1.0 mm/m.
3. Secondary Processing
Our Chrome Moly Alloy Pipe is delivered in the normalized and tempered state, facilitating bending and forming. Rockwell hardness testing ensures the effectiveness of the post-weld heat treatment and material uniformity.
