Our pipes undergo ultrasonic and eddy current testing to ensure seamless structural integrity and eliminate leakage risks in high-pressure environments. Furthermore, our pipes undergo a comprehensive process, including piercing, rolling, heat treatment, and straightening, ensuring dimensional tolerances meet standard specifications and a straightness of ≤ 1.0 mm/m.
 

3. Secondary Processing
Our Chrome Moly Alloy Pipe is delivered in the normalized and tempered state, facilitating bending and forming. Rockwell hardness testing ensures the effectiveness of the post-weld heat treatment and material uniformity.

Possible Alternative Grades

Alternative Grades Reasons
ASTM A106 Grade C A carbon steel suitable for low-temperature or non-critical services where Cr-Mo alloying is not required.
ASTM A213 T9 Equivalent chemical composition to P9, it is primarily used for boiler and superheater tubes.
ASTM A335 P92 It offers enhanced strength and creep resistance, making it suitable for applications above 600°C.
