- Our P22 Chrome Pipe maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 1112°F, making it suitable for use in boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers.
- The pipes undergo tensile testing at room and high temperatures to ensure compliance with ASTM A335 / ASME SA335 standards.
2. High Pressure Resistance
- P22 Chrome Pipe is a seamless pipe manufactured using hot extrusion and cold drawing processes, capable of withstanding high pressure.
- The pipes undergo hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic testing, and eddy current testing to ensure that there is no leakage risk on the pipe surface and to verify their ability to withstand pressures according to ASTM A335 standards.
3. Corrosion Resistance
- Our pipes are made of P22 material, offering resistance to hydrogen and sulfide corrosion, suitable for hydrogen-containing systems with hydrogen partial pressure ≤10MPa and temperature ≤580℃, and for oil and gas pipelines in petroleum refining.
- The pipes are supplied in a normalized + high-temperature tempered state and undergo metallographic testing to ensure that the heat treatment prevents carbide precipitation and improves the corrosion resistance of the pipes.
4. Excellent Weldability
- P22 seamless pipes are medium-weldable alloy steel pipes. We use preheating to suppress cold cracking in P22 steel, and post-weld heat treatment is required to eliminate residual stress.
- Welding test reports are available to ensure that the strength of the welded joint is equal to or better than the base material, supporting various welding processes such as TIG, MIG, and SAW.
5. Customized Services
