- The tubes are tested using a spectrometer to ensure the material meets ASTM A213 standards, ensuring a longer service life in high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
3. High Temperature Strength and Creep Resistance
- The Chromoly Tube exhibits excellent high-temperature strength, maintaining superior mechanical properties at high temperatures. Our T91 material is suitable for supercritical boilers. The tubes undergo heat treatments such as solution annealing and tempering to ensure overall creep resistance.
- TORICH tubes undergo high-temperature tensile testing and creep testing to ensure they maintain excellent strength and do not deform under high-temperature applications.
4. Customization and Packaging Services
- We offer customized sizing services with a dedicated team to provide suitable materials according to customer needs, and offer surface treatments such as pickling, passivation, or mechanical polishing.
- Our tubes are protected with plastic caps on both ends, and packaged using plastic film, woven bags, wooden crates, and iron frames to prevent damage or contamination during transportation.
