Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy-an upgraded version of the Incoloy 800 series-whose high-temperature performance has been enhanced through the controlled regulation of carbon content (0.05–0.10%) and specific heat treatment processes. It is primarily composed of 32–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and 30–35% iron, along with minor additions of elements such as aluminum and titanium. This unique alloy composition endows it with exceptional heat resistance and stability.
Incoloy 800H pipe is capable of long-term operation within a temperature range of 650–900°C; at temperatures exceeding 600°C, it exhibits excellent creep-rupture strength, as well as superior resistance to oxidation, nitridation, and corrosion under carburizing conditions.

- For general high-temperature environments up to 650°C, Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800) is a suitable choice, particularly for auxiliary piping systems in chemical plants characterized by low pressure and relatively mild corrosivity.
- 310S stainless steel offers superior resistance to high-temperature oxidation compared to Incoloy 800H; it is well-suited for piping systems in equipment such as high-temperature roasting furnaces and glass melting furnaces, and is available at a lower cost than Incoloy 800H.
- In harsh corrosive chemical environments-such as those found in marine chemical processing or waste incineration facilities-Hastelloy C-276 is the preferred choice, as it exhibits corrosion resistance superior to that of Incoloy 800H.

A: We can process square, rectangular, elliptical, or custom-shaped cross-sections. For square and rectangular tubes, dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.2 mm. For elliptical tubes, ellipticity is controlled within ±0.5%. Custom-shaped tubes are tailored to meet the specific requirements of various chemical industry applications.
Q: How is the quality of the tubing ensured?
A: Standard testing includes UT (Ultrasonic Testing), ET (Eddy Current Testing), hydrostatic testing, PMI (Positive Material Identification), and dimensional inspection. Upon request, additional tests-such as grain analysis, creep testing, and intergranular corrosion testing-can also be provided.
