- The pipes are treated with pickling, passivation, and polishing for high surface smoothness; electrolytic polishing treatment is also available, resulting in a surface roughness of Ra≤0.2μm.
4. Seamless Design
- Our pipes are seamless tubes manufactured using a cold drawing process, offering excellent compressive strength and suitability for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
- The wall thickness is uniform without local thin spots, and the negative deviation of the wall thickness is strictly controlled according to ASTM B167 requirements to prevent local rupture.
5. Quality Control
- The pipes undergo rigorous chemical composition, dimensional inspection, intergranular corrosion testing, and mechanical performance testing to ensure compliance with ASTM B167 standards or customer requirements.
- The pipes are packaged with plastic end caps, plastic film, and wooden crates to prevent contamination during transportation.
