Our tubes are manufactured using hot extrusion and cold drawing processes, ensuring consistent pressure resistance along the entire length without weld-related weak points. This makes them ideal for hydraulic cylinders and drilling tools. The tubes undergo mechanical property testing and ultrasonic flaw detection, exhibiting excellent tensile strength and freedom from crack defects.

TORICH Heavy Wall Seamless Stainless Steel Tube is made from high-quality stainless steel, available in grades such as 304, 316, and 410, and are suitable for various applications. The tubes undergo heat treatment to restore corrosion resistance, which is verified through corrosion testing, ensuring the tubes' corrosion resistance.
4. Precise Dimensions
Our tubes undergo multiple cold drawing processes to ensure strict tolerances, with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.5% and a wall thickness tolerance of less than ±10%. The tubes undergo rigorous dimensional inspection, as well as ultrasonic thickness measurement and eddy current testing, ensuring uniform wall thickness and preventing excessive thinning or internal defects.
5. Quality Control
Our tubes undergo strict raw material inspection, dimensional and surface quality inspection, non-destructive testing, and corrosion resistance testing to ensure compliance with ASTM A511 standards or customer requirements.
