TP321 is a Ni-Cr-Ti type austenitic stainless steel, primarily utilized in the fabrication of corrosion-resistant industrial equipment operating in high-temperature environments ranging from 500°C to 800°C. It retains excellent corrosion resistance without the need for post-weld solution treatment.


Compared to 304 stainless steel, A312 TP321 seamless stainless steel tubing demonstrates significantly superior resistance to intergranular corrosion within the sensitization temperature range (425°C to 815°C).


TP321 is capable of withstanding the corrosive attack of oxidizing media commonly encountered in the petrochemical industry-such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and acetic acid-thereby meeting the diverse requirements for transporting various corrosive media within petrochemical operations.
